Job summary

Artheon is seeking a Structural Project Manager to lead bridge and transportation projects from planning through construction support in New Jersey. You will supervise LRFD-based analysis, prepare calculations, load ratings, and ensure design compliance with NJDOT/NJTA standards.

The role requires a NJ PE or eligibility within six months, 12+ years of relevant experience, and proven mentoring and client-management abilities. Occasional site visits and coordination with agencies are expected.

Qualifications

• PE license in NJ or ability to obtain within six months.
• 12+ years of progressive bridge and transportation structural experience.
• Experience with LRFD methods and AASHTO/NJ criteria.
• Proficiency with bridge analysis and design software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage bridge/transportation projects from planning to construction support.
• Lead LRFD-based analysis and design of structures per standards.
• Direct structural calculations, load ratings, plans, and estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead project QA/QC procedures.
• Support business development and client relationships.
