Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Diagnostics Solutions Consultant to cover Cincinnati and SW Ohio, joining the field-based sales team. The role focuses on selling diagnostic instruments, tests, and services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving quotas within the territory.

The DSC travels up to 60–70% in the territory, maintains funnel data, and collaborates with cross-functional colleagues to optimize customer value and support the diagnostics business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of demonstrated sales experience or relevant technical/clinical experience.
• Minimum of an associate's degree (bachelor's degree preferred), or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of Diagnostic products and services.
• Travel to customer offices, targeting 3–4 existing customers and 3–4 new opportunities per day.
• Extensive driving with periodic overnight travel (4–8 nights per month).
• Document all customer interactions in the online system.
• Lift, set up, and demonstrate diagnostic solutions and equipment.
• Explain uses and benefits of products; secure purchase orders.
• Provide ongoing customer support via in-person, phone, and email.
• Generate new business and referrals from current customers.
• Safely lift and move 60 lbs.
