Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a field operations professional to work on a Phoenix, Arizona project. You will coordinate field activities with the site construction lead, manage daily reporting, ensure quality control, and supervise subcontractors to match drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include progress reporting, maintaining records, and ensuring up-to-date design drawings are used.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience The associate or bachelor’s degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with site construction lead, including project scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings and specs.
• Escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager and maintain project schedule adherence.
