Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a field operations support professional to join our Phoenix project team. You will coordinate with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication to keep the project on track.

Responsibilities include overseeing subcontractors, maintaining project documentation, preparing daily and quality inspection reports, and ensuring drawings and revisions are up to date.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years experience in construction or field operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related; 3 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling and daily reporting.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety and quality aligns with drawings.
• Prepare daily reports and quality inspections; maintain project records.
• Assist with monthly progress reports and ensure use of latest design revisions.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
