Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks a Site Construction Supervisor for a Phoenix, AZ project. You will coordinate field operations, schedules, daily reports, QA, and subcontractor communication.

Responsibilities include overseeing subcontractors, maintaining project drawings, preparing progress reports, and ensuring safety and quality. The role requires familiarity with construction management practices and reports to Project Construction Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of construction/field ops experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, adherence to drawings and specs, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to meet safety, quality, and drawings/ specifications.
• Maintain project schedule adherence and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Take progress photos and label/ identify each photo for records.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports as needed by the Project Construction Manager.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revisions for construction.
• Support the Project Construction Manager as needed and manage key trades/subcontractors.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.

Education
