Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with substantial field operations experience.
• Associate degree with 6+ years in construction/field ops.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reports, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and alignment with drawings and specs.
• Maintain project schedule, escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Take progress photographs and label each photograph for records.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revisions.
• Support the Project Construction Manager as needed.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
• Maintain on-site records following document control standards.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent + 9 years of construction or field operations experience

Associate degree + 6 years of construction or field operations experience

Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of relevant experience (Construction Management, Engineering, or related)
