Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks a field construction professional for a Phoenix project to coordinate site operations. You will track the schedule, prepare daily reports, ensure work follows drawings, and communicate with subs and clients.

You will oversee subcontractors, maintain quality and safety, help prepare monthly progress reports, and manage document control while following the company quality policies. This is a full-time, on-site role with up to 100% travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 9+ years in construction or field ops.
• Assoc degree plus 6+ years in construction or field ops.
• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering or related; 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance with drawings and specifications.
• Maintain schedule adherence; escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as project records.
• Take progress photos, label them, and assist with Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure use of the latest design drawings; support the Project Construction Manager as needed.
