Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor’s degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with the site construction lead and manage scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings and specifications.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports and maintain project records.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure use of latest design drawings.
