Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a field operations professional to work at a Phoenix, AZ project site. You will coordinate site activities, supervise subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality align with drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include daily and quality reporting, maintaining up-to-date records, and assisting the Project Construction Manager with progress reports and client communications. Travel is extensive as required by the project.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and drawing/spec requirements.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Maintain on-site records and ensure latest design drawing revisions are used.
• Assist the Project Construction Manager and prepare Monthly Progress Reports.
• Provide proper correspondence with project management and clients; handle issues clearly and professionally.

Education
