Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience The associate or bachelor’s degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including project scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings and specifications.
• Ensure work adheres to the project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review and approval as official project records.
• Take progress photographs and label them for documentation.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure use of latest design drawing revisions.
• May provide assistance to Project Construction Manager or be responsible for key trade/subcontractor support.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments for client approval with the Project Manager.
• Maintain on-site records and communicate professionally with management and clients.

Education
