Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with extensive site experience in construction or field operations.
• Associate degree with relevant field experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline with practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communications.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings and specs.
• Prepare daily and quality inspection reports; maintain official project records.
• Ensure latest design drawings are used for construction; assist Project Construction Manager as needed.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments; communicate project issues clearly to management and clients.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent + 9 years experience

Associate degree + 6 years experience

Bachelor’s degree + 3 years experience
