Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 9 years of construction/field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus 6 years of construction/field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and conformance with drawings and specifications.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports serving as official project records.
• Provide progress photographs and assist with Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use latest design drawing revisions during construction.
• Assist Project Construction Manager and support key trades/subcontractors as needed.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
• Maintain clear, professional correspondence with management and clients.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent + 9 years of construction/field operations experience
