Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a qualified field operations coordinator for a Phoenix project site. You will work with the site construction lead to manage scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor coordination, ensuring drawings and specs are followed and safety standards met.

Travel is 100% to project sites, with responsibilities including progress reports, contract changes, and on-site record keeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities for safety and quality
• Ensure work adheres to project schedule and drawings/specifications
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as records
• Maintain on-site records and document control
• Assist Project Construction Manager with reports and progress tracking
