Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a field operations coordinator for the Phoenix, AZ project site. You will work with the site construction lead to coordinate scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication to deliver the project on time and to spec.

You will oversee subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, maintain records, and prepare progress reports. Travel is 100% to a project site, with a competitive pay range based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have construction or field operations experience.
• Experience coordinating site activities and reporting is required.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with site construction lead.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities for safety and quality.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for project records.
