Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience.
Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Coordinate field operations with the site construction lead and manage project scheduling.
Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings.
Maintain daily reports, quality inspections, and official project records.
Prepare progress reports and ensure latest design drawings are used on site.
Provide correspondence with project management and clients clearly and professionally.
Maintain on-site records per company standards and quality policies.
