Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety and quality per drawings and specs.
• Ensure work aligns with project schedule and report delays to construction manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for project records.
• Maintain on-site records and project documentation per quality policy.
