Job summary

ITF Therapeutics in Concord, MA is seeking a Sr. Manager, Field Reporting & Analytics to partner with field teams and the commercial leadership.

You will lead field reporting, dashboards, and sub-national analytics to inform decisions across national, regional, territory, account, and customer levels. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, drive KPI development, and collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and adoption of reporting solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
8+ years in commercial analytics or related function.
Strong proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL).
Experience with pharma/healthcare data and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Own field KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to provide leadership with visibility into performance.
Lead field dashboard design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
Collaborate with field teams to define requirements and translate questions into insights.
Ensure reliable data integration and timely delivery with IT and external vendors.
Monitor dashboard usage and drive continuous enhancements.
Deliver training to increase adoption across field teams.
Lead sub-national analytics and ad hoc analyses to identify drivers and trends.
Support field account planning with data-driven recommendations.
Analyze field strategy, customer engagement, and territory performance.
