Job summary

Vertex Inc. is seeking a Field Analytics and Reporting Associate Director to lead analytics for field teams supporting current and upcoming product launches.

You will partner with North America IACO to design roadmaps, deliver strategic insights, and drive adoption across Field Account Managers, Regional Managers, and Virtual Representatives. This is a hands-on role requiring strong business/technical acumen in pharmaceutical sales and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required and 8+ years in a pharmaceutical analytics role.
• 3+ years delivering complex analytics for product launches within pharma, including support of brand planning, field strategy/sizing, and field performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point person for field reporting needs, system requirements, and development for field, field management, and HQ users.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to create roadmaps, timelines, and deployment plans.
• Develop mock-ups and support Power BI updates and enhancements.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support BU and field leadership with early launches findings.
