Job summary

Sanofi in Cambridge, MA seeks an Associate Director, Field Reporting & Intelligence to lead strategy and governance of field analytics and AI-enabled decision support across the US commercial organization. This role drives scalable reporting, integrates AI tools, and partners with Data and Digital teams to shape the roadmap and operating model.

You will own KPI definitions, semantic data models, and reporting logic, ensuring trusted, explainable insights for frontline leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in commercial reporting, analytics, or BI (pharma/biotech preferred).
• Experience with enterprise tools like Qliksense, Tableau, Power BI.
• Experience with pharma commercial data sources and KPI governance preferred.
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of commercial reporting and analytics solutions.
• Ensure reporting is governed foundation for decision-making with standardized KPIs.
• Implement AI-powered analytics with trusted data sources.
• Partner with Digital and Data teams to integrate AI tools and automation.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and UX through automation.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for field decisions.
