Job summary

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in commercial reporting, analytics, or business intelligence (pharma/biotech preferred).
Experience with enterprise reporting tools (Qliksense, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Experience in AI-enabled analytics, automation tools, or digital analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of commercial reporting and analytics solutions (Tableau, Power BI, and other tools).
Ensure reporting is governed and aligned with KPIs, definitions, and logic.
Implement and govern AI-powered analytics with trusted data sources and explainable outputs.
Partner with Digital and Data teams to integrate AI tools and automation across the reporting ecosystem.
