Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business/Analytics preferred).
• 5–8+ years in sales analytics/commercial ops/field ops/incentive comp/business analytics (life sciences/biotech/pharma preferred).
• Experience with sales reporting, incentive comp, territory alignment, targeting, and field performance analytics.
• Experience with commercial data sources, CRM platforms, third-party data vendors, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Field Sales Analytics & Reporting: Develop, enhance, and govern standardized sales reports/dashboards (KPIs, call activity, customer engagement, product performance). Analyze trends and opportunities across territories, accounts, and products; deliver data-driven insights to field and HQ stakeholders.
• Incentive Compensation Support: Design, administer, model, and evaluate incentive programs; ensure data quality and fair calculations; prepare IC materials.
• Territory Alignments & Field Support: Manage territory rosters and ownership changes; align data across CRM, reporting, and downstream systems; support realignments and launches.
• Data Management & Systems: Manage inputs and quality controls across sources; optimize CRM tools, workflows, and reporting processes.
