Job summary

Agios Pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Director, Field Analytics & Insights to join our Commercial Operations and Analytics team. The role centers on advanced analytics to support field leadership, anticipating questions and guiding strategy as market conditions shift.

You will lead dashboards, KPIs, and AI-enabled insights; design incentive analytics; support targeting, segmentation, and future sickle cell launch analytics, communicating findings clearly to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years within pharma/biotech commercial analytics or equivalent
• Experience with healthcare datasets: claims, prescription, APLD, specialty data
• Experience with BI/AI-enabled analytics platforms; ability to QA AI outputs
• Strong business acumen in commercial operations, marketing, and sales processes

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytical thought partner to field leadership and sales leadership
• Analyze healthcare and field data with statistical techniques and predictive modeling
• Lead dashboard development, KPIs, and reports for field users; support AI analytics platform
• Design and analyze field incentive compensation plans and payout calculations
• Support data-driven targeting and segmentation models for field teams
• Provide analytics support for potential sickle cell disease launch; develop KPI measurements
