Job summary

Sanofi in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Associate Director, Field Reporting & Intelligence to lead commercial reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support across the US. This role drives strategy, governance, and the evolution of field intelligence to deliver reliable, data-driven insights.

You’ll partner with Digital and Data teams to integrate AI tools, define KPI definitions, and ensure reporting is scalable, governed, and user-friendly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in commercial reporting/analytics or BI (pharma preferred).
• Experience with enterprise reporting tools (Qliksense/Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience with pharma commercial data sources and KPI governance preferred.
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics or automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of commercial reporting and analytics.
• Ensure reporting is governed and aligned to KPIs and definitions.
• Implement and govern AI-powered analytics with trusted data sources.
• Collaborate with Digital and Data teams to integrate AI tools.
• Improve reporting efficiency and user experience through automation.
