Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced Federal Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex water infrastructure projects for federal agencies nationwide. You will manage multidisciplinary teams across planning, design, and construction support, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7 years related experience.
• At least 2 years project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor project teams.
• Commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multidisciplinary projects from planning through closeout.
• Manage multiple projects aligning with client objectives, budgets and schedules.
• Build and maintain relationships with federal and military clients as a trusted advisor.
• Support business development, marketing efforts, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate resources across disciplines and ensure QA/QC adherence.
• Monitor performance, profitability, and staffing across projects.
