Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks an experienced Federal Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead complex water infrastructure projects for federal agencies nationwide.

You will oversee planning, design, and construction support with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring delivery from inception to closeout. In addition to project execution, you will cultivate client relationships, support business development, and help expand HDR's federal water practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related professional experience.
• 7 years related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and oversee all phases of complex, multidisciplinary projects from planning through construction closeout.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects ensuring alignment with client objectives, budget, and schedules.
• Build and maintain relationships with federal and military clients as a trusted advisor.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, contracts, and pursuits.
• Coordinate resources across disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project performance and drive favorable outcomes with HDR leadership.
