Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced Federal Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead complex water infrastructure projects for federal agencies across the United States. You will manage multidisciplinary teams from planning through closeout, ensuring client objectives, schedule, and budget are met.

You will build relationships with federal and military clients, contribute to business development, and help expand HDR's federal water practice while delivering projects that support military

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related professional experience.
• 7 years related experience in project management or a similar field.
• Minimum of 2 years project management experience with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to interact with design teams and participate in our employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all phases of complex, multidisciplinary projects from planning through closeout.
• Manage multiple projects, aligning with client objectives, budget and delivery schedules.
• Build relationships with federal and military clients as a trusted advisor.
• Support business development, including proposals, contracts, and pursuits.
• Facilitate planning, design development, and contract document reviews with clients and staff.
• Coordinate resources across disciplines to ensure successful project execution.
