Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced Federal Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead complex water infrastructure projects for federal agencies across the United States.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams from planning through closeout, oversee schedules and budgets, and build relationships with federal and military clients while supporting business development and HDR’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7 years related experience.
• At least 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with design teams, excellent organizational, PM and communication skills.
• Active participant of our employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all phases of complex, multidisciplinary water infrastructure projects.
• Manage multiple projects with client objectives, budget, and schedules.
• Build and maintain relationships with federal and military clients.
• Support business development including proposals and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate resources across disciplines to ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor project teams and monitor performance and profitability.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures and compliance with project requirements.
