Cloud Software Group seeks a Lead Account Technical Strategist for the U.S. Public Sector to serve as the strategic technical advisor to senior federal customers, shaping mission-driven technology roadmaps and modernization plans.

The role requires deep Citrix expertise, DoD process fluency, and the ability to lead multi-product engagements across executive audiences. The position emphasizes defining win strategies, delivering executive-level briefings, and orchestrating cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Active United States Top Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of Sales Engineering and/or Consulting experience in high-tech indirect sales.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Experience with Citrix technologies and enterprise security.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, ICAM, Zero Trust.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for a portfolio of the most complex North America Government federal accounts, translating DoW and agency mission priorities into multi-year Citrix technology roadmaps.
• Establish and sustain executive-level trusted advisor relationships and governance across customer and partner ecosystems.
• Provide technical thought leadership that shapes customer modernization approaches and internal standards.
• Diagnose mission outcomes, current-state architecture, constraints, and risks; develop target-state architectures and decision frameworks.
• Deliver executive-ready architecture briefings and product demonstrations for senior technical and cyber leadership, both remotely and on-site.
• Design and govern complex, multi-product proofs of value with clear success criteria and transition-to-production paths.
