Cloud Software Group seeks a Lead Account Technical Strategist for U.S. Public Sector to guide complex government accounts with Citrix technology roadmaps, security baselines, and multi-year plans.

Qualifications

• Active United States Top Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years of Sales Engineering and/or Consulting experience in high-tech environments is preferred.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Certifications related to Citrix and cloud platforms are beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for a portfolio of complex North America Government federal accounts.
• Establish executive-level trusted advisor relationships and governance across stakeholders.
• Provide technical thought leadership linking Citrix capabilities to mission drivers and policy constraints.
• Develop target-state architectures and decision frameworks for classified/unclassified environments.
• Create repeatable reference architectures and security baselines for the team.
• Represent Citrix to executives, forums, and partners to influence technical direction.
• Lead complex evaluations and POVs with defined success criteria and transition plans.
• Maintain customer cadence through architecture boards and value briefings.
• Drive platform adoption and mission readiness through outcome-based success plans.
