Cloud Software Group, LLC seeks a Senior Account Technical Strategist to serve as a trusted advisor for U.S. federal accounts, translating mission priorities into multi-year Citrix technology roadmaps and aligning cross-functional teams for mission outcomes.

The role engages with senior government leaders to shape platform decisions, ensure secure architectures, and drive modernization across DoD and civilian programs. A Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifikationen

• Active United States Top Secret security clearance required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 3-5 years of Sales Engineering and/or Consulting experience in high-tech, indirect sales, and procurement environments with a record of success in driving customer adoption of technology
• Ability to travel within assigned territory
• Ability to work in and successfully navigate complex and matrixed organizations
• The following certifications are beneficial but not required: CCE-V, CC-VAD etc.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end technical strategy for a portfolio of the most complex North America Government federal accounts, translating DoW and agency mission priorities into multi-year Citrix technology roadmaps.
• Establish executive-level trusted advisor relationships and governance across customer and partner ecosystems, aligning stakeholders on architecture decisions, risk posture, and modernization sequencing.
• Provide technical thought leadership shaping customer modernization approaches and internal standards by connecting Citrix capabilities to federal mission drivers and policy constraints.
• Diagnose current-state architectures across classified/unclassified environments; develop target-state architectures and decision frameworks.
• Codify repeatable patterns (reference architectures, security baselines, playbooks) to scale the team's technical mindshare.
• Represent Citrix as a senior technical spokesperson with customer executives, industry forums, and strategic partners to influence direction.
• Lead POVs and multi-product proofs of value with clear success criteria and transition-to-production paths.
• Drive platform adoption and mission readiness by delivering executive-aligned roadmaps, incident leadership, and governance updates.
