Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead large, complex communication system projects on a remote basis for continental U.S. candidates, with 25–50% travel.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, and liaise with senior stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Responsibilities include developing complete project plans, tracking budgets, and delivering contractual scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of project/program management or related business experience.
• Experience with PMBOK project management areas is expected.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• PM Masters Certificate a plus; PMP or CAPM desirable.

Responsibilities

• Leads large projects or portions of complex projects.
• Represents the organization on projects and ensures on-time delivery within budget.
• Monitors budgets, variances, and action plans; conducts project reviews with stakeholders.
• Maintains overall financial health of projects and communicates with customer leadership.
• Applies PM tools to analyze issues and develop resolutions.
