Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex communications system projects in the continental United States, with 25%–50% travel. You will manage scope, budget, risk, and customer satisfaction, acting as the primary liaison with senior stakeholders and project teams.

Responsibilities include developing the project plan, tracking progress, controlling changes, and ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of project/program management or similar business experience.
• OR 10+ years of project/program management or similar business experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead large projects or portions of very complex projects.
• Direct and coordinate the work activities of the project team.
• Demonstrate understanding of PMBOK areas and manage project phases.
• Run project phases and develop the complete project plan.
• Manage budgets, variances, and action plans.
• Represent the organization on projects with senior stakeholders.
