Job summary

Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance at time of hire.
- 5+ years in senior escalation, TAC, or advanced services roles.
- Strong experience with Juniper EX/QFX platforms and data center fabrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority executive customer escalations.
- Serve as GovTAC escalation point for Federal customers.
- Drive root cause analysis during Sev1 incidents and outages.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting across networking, software, and hardware.
- Analyze captures/logs to isolate complex issues and reproduce in lab.
- Collaborate with Engineering to identify defects and validate fixes.
- Develop mitigations and long-term corrective actions.
- Create documentation and scalable support processes.
