• Expertise with Juniper EX and QFX platforms.
• Experience supporting mission-critical federal, DoD, or intelligence environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical escalations and Severity 1 incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Partner with engineering to resolve defects and develop long-term solutions.
• Support mission-critical Federal and IC environments using enterprise networking technologies.
