Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Business Development Manager to lead end-to-end GTM strategies for HPC in the US federal market, working with Defense, IC, and civilian agencies. You will influence product roadmaps, craft value propositions, and manage high-level partnerships to drive growth.

The role requires deep cloud and HPC expertise, a proven track record in public sector sales, and the ability to operate with a startup mindset within AWS. U.S.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Over 7 years in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• Active Top Secret or higher security clearance in the US.
• Experience founding or leading a business unit or practice.
• Proven track record selling to Fortune 1000/Global 2000.
• Strong competency in cloud, enterprise software, HPC architectures, and GPU-accelerated computing.
• Experience with DoD/IC/NIST/DFARS/FedRAMP/regulatory regimes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for HPC in US Public Sector, Govt and Federal markets.
• Drive pipeline, revenue and enablement targets for federal HPC business.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and drive production adoption.
• Develop partnerships and deal strategies with senior customer stakeholders.
• Craft business cases and roadmaps aligned with government requirements.
• Create programs, workshops, and reference architectures for US Federal and regulated customers.
• Produce sales collateral and customer success content to accelerate growth.
