Job summary

Amazon’s Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) seeks a Senior Technical Business Development Manager to lead GTM strategies for HPC solutions serving Defense, Intelligence Community, and civilian federal agencies in the US. You will influence roadmaps and collaborate across AWS product teams to modernize HPC in regulated environments.

You will own end-to-end GTM for HPC in the US Federal market, engaging with GovCloud and Top Secret regions, building partnerships, and driving out-year growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 7+ years of working with Advanced Compute technologies (Accelerated Compute, HPC, Visual/Spatial Compute, IoT).
• Experience developing strategies influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.
• Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner.
• Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.
• Proven track record influencing product management and introducing products into federal and regulated markets.
• Strong technical competency in cloud computing, web services, enterprise software, and HPC architectures, and GPU-accelerated computing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for HPC in US Public Sector, Govt. and Federal market.
• Drive pipeline, launched revenue, revenue and enablement targets.
• Collaborate with sales, solutions architecture, product engineering, partners, and marketing.
• Identify customer segments and partners; build and qualify pipeline.
• Develop business cases for product feature requests focused on HPC use cases.
• Define and manage HPC-focused AWS programs and initiatives for US Federal, PS and regulated customers.
• Create sales collateral, whitepapers, solution briefs, success stories, exec presentations.
• Monitor onboarding/adoption; drive growth and retention for HPC workloads on AWS.
