Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Technical Business Development Manager to lead go-to-market strategies for HPC/Accelerated Compute in the US federal and regulated markets within AWS Government Regions. You will shape campaigns, work with sales, solutions architecture, and product teams to identify growth opportunities and meet stringent security requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
Strong written and verbal communication to executives and non-technical leaders.
7+ years in architecture/operator, business development, sales, or product management in HPC for Defense/National Security and US federal use.

Responsibilities

Research and develop strategies to expand HPC for federal and regulated customers in AWS regions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and drive production adoption.
Identify customer segments and partner markets for HPC in AWS Government Regions and build pipeline with sales/partner teams.
Develop business cases to support feature requests for federal HPC use cases.
Define and manage HPC-focused AWS programs for US Federal customers.
Create sales and marketing collateral to support the BD process.
Monitor onboarding/adoption and drive revenue growth for HPC workloads in AWS Government Regions.
