Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Business Development Manager to own end-to-end GTM strategy for HPC in the US Federal market. You will influence product roadmaps, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across Defense, Intelligence, and civilian agencies.

You will partner with AWS teams and executives to shape programs, workshops, and reference architectures, ensuring government-specific requirements are prioritized. A TS clearance and citizen eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• 7+ years in GTM, business development, sales, or consulting.
• 7+ years with advanced compute technologies (HPC, AI, IoT).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at organizational level.
• Active Top Secret or higher US government clearance.
• Founding/executive experience in related segments or practice leadership.
• Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000.
• Master's degree in business, engineering, analytics, or IT.
• Proven track record influencing product management in federal markets.
• Strong cloud computing, HPC architectures, GPU computing.
• Experience with DoD/NIST/ITAR/FedRAMP/DFARS security regimes.
• Experience with federal systems and HPC ISVs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for HPC in US Public Sector and Federal market.
• Drive pipeline, revenue, and enablement targets for PS+Fed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and adoption.
• Identify customer segments and build qualified pipeline.
• Develop business cases for feature requests aligned to government needs.
• Define HPC programs and initiatives for US Federal and regulated customers.
• Create collateral: whitepapers, briefs, case studies, and exec decks.
• Monitor onboarding and drive adoption and revenue growth for HPC workloads.
