Searchlight Cyber seeks a results-driven Federal & Government Sales Account Executive to lead growth across US federal civilian agencies, DoD, IC, and state & local government. This strategic hunter role requires established relationships and MEDDPICC discipline to drive revenue in a competitive cybersecurity marketplace.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of federal or government sales experience.
• 5+ years selling cybersecurity to US federal agencies.
• Proven ability to close complex federal contracts with high value.
• Familiarity with RFP/RFI processes in public sector procurement.
• Deep knowledge of Zero Trust, FISMA, CMMC, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, CDM.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full US Government sales cycle from map to close.
• Develop a strategic federal territory plan aligned to budget cycles.
• Apply MEDDPICC rigor for qualification, forecasting, and deals.
• Build relationships with senior government decision-makers and agencies.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to ensure program delivery.
