Job summary

Analytical Mechanics Associates (AMA) seeks a mid-level to senior Contracts Administrator to independently manage the full life cycle of prime contracts, subcontracts AMA awards to other companies, and commercial agreements. Hybrid or remote work may be considered for qualified candidates. Salary range is $63,942-$95,680, depending on experience and skill-level.

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and will support AMA's NASA and DoD programs from Huntsville, AL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; government contracting experience preferred.
• 5+ years in contracts/subcontracts administration for mid-level; 8+ for senior level.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS, NASA FAR Supplement, and CPSR processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer prime contracts, subcontracts, task orders, and purchase orders from pre-award to closeout.
• Review solicitations, statements of work, and specifications to identify risks and mitigation.
• Serve as point of contact with government contracting personnel and teaming partners.
• Coordinate terms, conditions, and legal sufficiency of documents; ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS.
