Job summary

Analytical Mechanics Associates (AMA) seeks a mid-level to senior Contracts Administrator to independently manage the full life cycle of prime contracts, subcontracts AMA awards to other companies, and agreements under which AMA performs as a subcontractor, for NASA and DoD programs.

Hybrid or remote work may be considered for qualified candidates. Salary ranges from $63,942 to $95,680, with US citizenship or permanent residency required.

Qualifications

• Independent ownership of assignments with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS and government contracting.
• Experience managing cost-type, fixed-price, and labor-based contracts.
• Proven ability to interpret obligations and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Administer prime contracts, task orders, and subcontracts across full lifecycle.
• Coordinate terms, conditions, and legal sufficiency of documents.
• Support proposals, bid reviews, and source selection activities.
• Monitor funding, reviews, and contract performance metrics.
• Interface with government personnel, partners, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate contract files and ensure regulatory compliance.
