Analytical Mechanics Associates (AMA) seeks a mid-level to senior Contracts Administrator to independently manage the full life cycle of prime contracts and subcontracts, including awards to other companies and subcontractor agreements, to support AMA's NASA and DoD programs. This position is located in Huntsville, AL, with hybrid or remote work possible for qualified candidates. Salary range is $63,942-$95,680, depending on experience and skill-level.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or Master's Certificate; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of progressive contracts or subcontract administration experience (mid-level).
• 8+ years of progressive experience for senior level, including independent management of complex agreements.
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS and their application to prime contracts and subcontracts.
• Experience administering cost-type, fixed-price, and labor-based contracts and subcontracts.
• Experience with both prime and subcontract administration and related agreements.

Mansioni

• Manage prime contracts, delivery orders, and task orders from pre- to post-award for compliance.
• Assist proposal and bid preparation, review solicitations and SOWs to identify risks.
• Serve as government contracting contact with teaming partners on contractual matters.
• Support program reviews with contract status, funding, and compliance data.
• Coordinate review and approval of terms and legal sufficiency of documents.
• Administer government and commercial contracts and subcontracts in line with FAR/DFARS, CPSR, and policies.
