Job summary

CCI General Contractors LLC seeks a qualified Superintendent to oversee project quality, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety, and compliance for our growing Business Line. The role includes coordinating with the Project Manager, Owner, and field teams, managing budgets, look-ahead schedules, and progress billing.

Based out of Red River Army Depot, this on-site position requires 10 years of experience on similar projects, USACE/NAVFAC experience, OSHA 30hr, Procore and RMS proficiency,

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in building renovations or new construction on large projects.
• Experience managing USACE and NAVFAC contracts.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• Procore and RMS experience required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PDF workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall quality and production in accordance with contract documents.
• Coordinate planning, direction, budgeting for project activities.
• Communicate with Project Manager daily and with Owner as needed.
• Manage subcontractors, field staff, and safety programs.
• Attend pre-construction and weekly coordination meetings.
• Maintain Baseline Schedule and process progress billing.
• Ensure compliance with national/local building codes.
• Maintain daily site records and safety orientation.
