Job summary

CCI Facility Contractors, LLC seeks a Superintendent in Huntsville, AL, reporting to the Redstone Arsenal office. You will oversee overall quality, production, planning, budgeting, and coordination with the Project Manager, Owner, and subcontractors.

The role requires 10+ years in general construction and 5+ years in field supervision, with heavy civil and government project experience; Procore and RMS proficiency is expected. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of general construction experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction field/site supervisory role.
• Experience with heavy civil work, developing multiple buildings across a site
• Experience managing USACE and/or NAVFAC government construction projects
• OSHA 30hr
• Experience with Procore
• Experience with RMS
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF

Responsibilities

• Manage overall quality and production of work and conformance to Contract Documents.
• Coordinate/communicate with the Project Manager daily.
• Coordinate/communicate with Owner as necessary.
• Manage subcontractor, contractor, owner, inspector, AHJ field coordination, daily.
• Attend pre-construction conferences and weekly Owner’s meetings.
• Review and be knowledgeable of subcontractor’s scope of work.
• Provide input on dates, durations, and coordination, monthly.
• Prepare short-term detailed look ahead schedules, weekly.
• Oversee quality control and safety programs.
