CCI General Contractors LLC seeks a Quality Control Manager to oversee QA on federal construction projects at the Red River Army Depot site in Texarkana, TX. You will lead QC activities, ensure submittals meet contract requirements, and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards.

Ideal candidates will have OSHA 30, USACE CQM certification, and experience with Procore and RMS, plus proficiency in Word, Excel, and PDFs.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing quality control on federal construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan for projects per Army Corps Three Phases of Control.
• Review and certify submittals, plans, and specs for contract compliance and testing.
• Document quality evaluations and implement corrective actions to reduce deficiencies.
