Job summary

Renewyx LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee work issued under a federal JOC/IDIQ program for government facilities. You will lead field operations, manage multi-trade scopes, monitor safety, and maintain compliance with federal standards.

You will coordinate subcontractors, track schedules and budgets, and collaborate with owners, government representatives, and project stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, and to specification.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Superintendent on large-scale, multi-trade construction projects.
• USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification.
• Eligible for Architect of the Capitol (AOC) approval.

Our client, a respected General Contractor, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee work issued under a federal JOC/IDIQ program. This role will involve managing diverse construction scopes across government facilities and requires strong leadership, compliance knowledge, and field management skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience serving as a Superintendent on large-scale, multi-trade projects.
• Current U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification.
• Must meet eligibility for Architect of the Capitol (AOC) approval.
• Proven background in coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, and delivering high-quality work on federal or government-related projects.

Project Types You’ll Oversee

Task orders may cover a wide range of services, including:

• Mechanical, Electrical & HVAC systems
• Elevators, escalators, and moving walkways
• Concrete, plaster, painting, and decorative finishes
• Site work, paving, and civil utilities (stormwater, water/wastewater)
• Interior renovations, office fit-outs, and temporary facilities
• Playground equipment and miscellaneous construction scopes
