Job summary

CCI Facility Contractors, LLC seeks a construction Superintendent to lead on-site activities at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. You will supervise field crews, coordinate with the Project Manager and Owner, and ensure adherence to contract documents and safety standards.

The role requires 10+ years in general construction and 5+ years in field supervision, with experience on government projects. A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of general construction experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a field/site supervisory role.
• Experience with heavy civil work and multi-building sites.
• Experience managing USACE and/or NAVFAC government construction projects.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall quality and production of work and conformance to Contract Documents.
• Coordinate/communicate with Project Manager daily and with Owner as necessary.
• Manage subcontractor, contractor, owner, inspector, and AHJ field coordination.
• Oversee safety programs and site health management.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules and progress meetings.
