Job summary

CCI Construction and Utility Services LLC is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee project scope, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication from our Birmingham, AL office. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to contract documents across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include daily coordination with the Project Manager, Owner, and inspectors; managing field staff and weekly meetings; and ensuring schedules, budgets, and documentation are maintained

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in similar projects, building renovations, and/or new construction.
• Experience managing USACE and/or NAVFAC government construction projects
• OSHA 30hr
• Experience with Procore
• Experience with RMS
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF

Responsibilities

• Manage overall quality and production of work and conformance to Contract Documents.
• Coordinate/communicate with the Project Manager daily.
• Coordinate/communicate with Owner as necessary.
• Manage subcontractor, contractor, owner, inspector, AHJ field coordination, daily.
• Oversee quality control and safety programs.
• Maintain accurate daily records.
