Job summary

CCI Facility Contractors, LLC is seeking a Superintendent for our federal construction division in the Washington, DC area. You will oversee scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communications, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

10 years' experience in similar projects, building renovations, and/or new construction.
Experience managing USACE and/or NAVFAC government construction projects.
OSHA 30hr certification.
Experience with Procore.
Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

Manage overall quality and production of work and conformance to Contract Documents.
Plan, coordinate, and budget project activities.
Coordinate daily with the Project Manager and Owner.
Manage subcontractors, contractors, owners, inspectors, and field coordination.
Oversee field staff coordination with QC Manager and Site Safety and Health Officer.
Attend pre-construction conferences, pre-work meetings, and inspections.
Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and Owner meetings.
Monitor subcontractor budgets, baselines, and schedules.
Ensure conformance to building codes and maintain daily records.
