Job summary

CCI Facility Contractors, LLC is expanding its workforce and seeks a Superintendent for our federal construction business line in the Washington, DC area. The role covers scheduling, subcontractor management, client and occupant communication, safety management, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with contract documents.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Project Manager and Owner, managing field staff with the Quality Control Manager and Site Safety and Health Officer, and

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in similar projects, renovations or new construction.
• Experience managing USACE and NAVFAC government projects.
• OSHA 30hr certification.
• Experience with Procore and RMS.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PDF.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall quality and production of work and conformance to Contract Documents.
• Coordinate/communicate with the Project Manager daily.
• Coordinate/communicate with Owner as necessary.
• Manage field staff coordination with Quality Control Manager and Site Safety and Health Officer.
• Attend the pre-construction conference and weekly coordination meetings.
• Review subcontractor scope of work and ensure alignment with Baseline Schedule.
